2. Services The Company provides domestic and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to, home cleaning, office cleaning, carpet cleaning, oven cleaning, and end of tenancy cleaning. Detailed descriptions of services are available on the Company’s website or upon request.

3. Booking and Cancellation

  • Services can be booked over the phone, via email, or through the Company’s website.
  • The Customer must provide a clear description of the service required, including the date, time, and location.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices for services are as stated on the Company’s website or provided as a quote to the Customer.
  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • The Company accepts payment by cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.

5. Access and Safety

  • The Customer must provide access to the premises where the service is to be performed.
  • The Customer should disclose any hazards, fragile items, or areas requiring special attention.
  • The Company ensures that all cleaners are vetted and insured, but the Customer should secure valuables and personal items.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If the Customer is dissatisfied with the cleaning standard, they must report the issue within 24 hours of service completion. The Company will re-clean the specific area at no extra charge.
  • The guarantee does not cover areas not originally specified by the Customer or damages due to pre-existing conditions.

7. Liability and Damages

  • The Company is insured against damages and injuries that occur during the provision of services.
  • The Company must be notified of any damages or losses within 48 hours of service completion.
  • The Company’s liability for damages or losses is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, up to a maximum amount determined by the Company’s insurance policy.

8. Privacy Policy

  • The Company commits to protecting the Customer’s personal data in accordance with relevant data protection laws.
  • Customer information will only be used for the purpose of providing and improving services.

9. Amendments

  • The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on the Company’s website.
